You are responsible for having the right to use what you send us. Please do not send photos you found on Google.

For $80 a month we build, host and look after your website. That includes your domain name, hosting, security, an SSL certificate, and any changes you ask for.
There is no setup fee and no minimum term.
We build your website before you pay anything and send you a link to look at it. You are under no obligation at that point. You have not agreed to anything and you owe nothing.
If you say no, we take the site down. We do not sell it to another business.
If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, we refund every dollar you have paid. You do not need to give a reason.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank.
After 30 days, payments already made are not refunded. You can still cancel at any time and you will not be billed again.
Changes are unlimited and free for as long as you subscribe. Send them by email and we will confirm when they are done.
We handle one request at a time so nothing gets lost. A completely new website, rather than changes to this one, is a new project and would be quoted separately.
Your domain is registered in your name from the day you sign up. You can look this up yourself in a public WHOIS search.
We hold it in our registrar account so we can manage it for you. If you cancel, we move it to your own account at the same registrar so you keep it.
Note that domain rules set by ICANN lock a newly registered domain from moving to a different registrar for 60 days. Moving it into your own account with us is not affected by that lock and can usually be done the same day.
Cancel any time from your billing page. It takes two clicks and you do not have to email anyone or give a reason.
Your site stays up until the end of the month you have paid for.
If your site goes down or something stops working, tell us and we will fix it. We aim to have anything serious sorted the same day.
We cannot promise a site is never offline, because no one honestly can. What we promise is that when it happens we fix it and you are not charged extra.
